Medicinal Ingredients - each tablet contains:

Non-medicinal ingredients: Sorbitol, apple pectin, acacia, magnesium stearate (natural plant source), silicon dioxide, peppermint oil.

Adults:
As an antacid: Chew 1-2 tablets as needed after meals, up to a maximum 8 tablets daily.
As a mineral supplement: Chew 1-2 tablets daily.

Children aged 9 and over: As a mineral supplement, chew 1 tablet daily.

Caution: If you are taking another medication, please take the antacid tablets 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking your medicine; otherwise, the effectiveness of the other medicine may be altered. Should heartburn and/or acid indigestion persist after 2 consecutive weeks or if symptoms recur, please consult a physician for advice. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have kidney disease. If taking more than 1 tablet daily, some people may experience gastrointestinal disturbance such as diarrhea, as magnesium has a mild laxative effect at high doses. Keep out of reach of children.
