Medicinal Ingredients (each softgel contains):

Non-medicinal ingredients: gelatin, glycerine, sorbitol, water, ethyl vanillin. *Providing 40 mcg of astaxanthin.

Adults: Take 2 softgels daily with a meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. To help reduce serum triglycerides or reduce symptoms of dysmenorrhea and PMS, take 4 softgels daily.
