Recommended Dosage: Adults, take 1 tablet daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or other natural health products.

Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have an iron deficiency. Known Adverse Reactions: Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough vitamin B12, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
