Multi Glyco

Multi Glyco is a combination of vitamins and minerals that helps to maintain skin health and macronutrient metabolism.
Beta-carotene is a provitamin A carotenoid pigment. As it can be converted into vitamin A in the body, it is an important source of vitamin A to help maintain eyesight, membranes, immune function and skin. Vitamin C further maintains skin health through its role in collagen synthesis, the primary structural protein found in connective tissue and the main protein involved in wound healing. Vitamin C synergistically maintains the antioxidant defense system with selenium, which is required for the production of antioxidant enzymes that prevent free radical damage to lipid membranes. The highest levels of both selenium and iodine are found in the thyroid gland. Iodine is required to produce thyroid hormones, which regulate metabolism and the growth and development of the body and brain. B vitamins help mediate hundreds of enzymatic reactions, including the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Niacin, thiamine and biotin help provide important substrates for energy production in the Krebs cycle, while vitamins B6 and B12 help convert the amino acid homocysteine into methionine for protein production. Chromium supports healthy glucose metabolism by mediating the actions of insulin, which include regulating glucose uptake in cells and promoting its storage as glycogen.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each tablet contains:

Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silica, hypromellose, glycerin.

Adults (19 years and older): Take one tablet daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by your health care practitioner. For use beyond one month, consult your healthcare practitioner.

Caution: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, a kidney or cardiovascular disorder, or a history of systemic lupus erythematosus; or if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance, do not use. If you have a liver disorder, any type of acute infection, Addison's disease, hemochromatosis, diabetes, bleeding or immune system disorders, if you are taking blood thinners or birth control medication, or if you are undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT), consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
