EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS: Iodine (Ascophyllum nodosum) (whole plant) 750 mcg (From 575 mg of kelp (pure milled Norwegian kelp harvested from kelp beds in the cool water of the North Atlantic) Non-medicinal ingredient: Dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium carbonate, silica, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).


Directions: 1 tablet daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Keep out of reach of children.
