Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant)

Adults: 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
