Water-soluble B vitamins are not stored in the body and must be replenished daily. This is NOW's highest potency, multiple B-vitamin product and is designed to provide consumers with the required daily intake in one complete supplement. The formula provides 100 mg of the majority of the B-Complex vitamins.


Medicinal Ingredients -per capsule:

Thiamine (from Thiamine HCl) (Vitamin B-1) 100 mg
Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 		100 mg
Vitamin B-3 (as Niacinamide) 		100 mg
Vitamin B-6 (from Pyrodixine HCl) 		100 mg
Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 		100 mcg
Biotin 		100 mcg
Folate Acid (Folic) 		400 mcg
Pantothenic Acid (from Calcium Pantothenate) 		100 mg
Choline (from Choline Bitartrate) 		10 mg
Inositol 		10 mg
PABA 		10 mg


Non-medicinal ingredients: gelatin, water, magnesium stearate (veg. source), silica and cellulose.


Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with meal.
