Ginkgo leaf is used for vascular and mixed dementia, as well as Alzheimer's, and to treat conditions associated with cerebral vascular insufficiency, especially in the elderly, including memory loss, headache, tinnitus, vertigo, dizziness, difficulty concentrating, mood disturbances, and hearing disorders; it is also beneficial for improving cognitive behaviour and sleep patterns in patients with depression and for the prevention of winter depression.
Medicinal Ingredients - per 1 ml:
Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba, leaf) |
250 mg |
Non-medicinal ingredients: Distilled water, grain alcohol.
Adults: Take 2 ml (60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 months.
Caution: Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E), as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are taking medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, or seizures. Headaches have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
