These are easily my most favourite chocolate chip cookie recipe ever. They are made with almond flour which is grain free and gluten free plus, made with minimal sweetener with still being tasty. Bake them up and let me know how amazing your kitchen smells!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 heaping tbsp almond butter
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (these were dairy free)
Directions
Mix it all up and bake at 350 for 10-12 minute
