Vitamin B3, also called nicotinic acid and niacin, is a water-soluble vitamin necessary for many aspects of health, growth, and reproduction. It is part of the vitamin B complex and is involved in the oxidative release of energy from food, protects the skin, reduces blood pressure and cholesterol, and helps improve circulation.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non-GMO vegetable capsule composed of carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
Caution: Do not exceed the recommended dose except on the advice of a physician. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, or blood pressure medication, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Keep out of reach of children.
