Why is NutriChem moving?
For almost 40 years, NutriChem has been helping people worldwide with various personalized health solutions. Moving to this new location allows us to continue to help people across the world while also introducing new services, features and products to constantly be on the leading edge of health solutions. We are very much looking forward to all our customers being a part of this new endeavour.
What can I expect at the new location?
You can expect a lot of the same great things from NutriChem as our current location – our dedicated and knowledgeable staff and clinicians, our quality products, our great customer service, bulk discounts, and our loyalty program will all be available at the new location.
You can also expect some great new offerings – a larger, state of the art facility, extended clinic hours and services, expanded shipping options, including pick-up in store, expanded product offerings, and an entirely wheelchair accessible retail store, the highest standard compounding pharmacy in Canada, an IV Therapy lounge, and clinic to make the entire NutriChem experience more enjoyable.
Where is the new location?
The new location will be located at 2599 Carling Avenue, just around the corner from our current location on Richmond Road.
Will there be more parking?
Yes! NutriChem customers will have 23 dedicated parking spots available exclusively to them at our new location at 2599 Carling Avenue. Our parking lot is located on Forest street.
Can I get there by public transit?
Yes! There a few OC Transpo bus routes that stop near our location - the 11, 16, 85, 97, and 153 will all bring you to our new location at 2599 Carling Avenue.
Is the clinic moving?
Yes, the clinic will be moving with NutriChem to our new location on Carling Avenue. The clinic will be on the main floor of our new location, along with our compounding pharmacy and retail stores.
Will there be new products offered?
Yes! NutriChem is constantly enhancing our product offering to give you the best options available to you, and our new location will allow us to offer even more products to give you the variety and options you need. Our knowledgeable staff will be available to help you with any questions you may have.
Will the clinic offer new services?
Yes! NutriChem is always exploring new and innovative services to offer our customers, and our new clinic will have expanded hours and services to bring you the best in medicine. Our experienced clinicians are always available to answer any questions you may have about what NutriChem offers.
Is the St. Laurent location still going to be open?
Yes! The NutriChem Retail Store and Clinic at 1185 St. Laurent Boulevard. will continue to operate and will not be disrupted by the move to our new location at 2599 Carling Avenue.
What is NutriChem doing to become more environmentally friendly?
NutriChem has always been conscious of our ecological footprint – from biodegradable packing peanuts to reusing plastic packaging, we are constantly looking for new ways to be more environmentally friendly. To enhance this, in our new location we will be making the entire shopping experience more green, including phasing out plastic bags and introducing 100% biodegradable shopping bags, and introducing a recycling program for your plastic containers.
What precautions has NutriChem taken when building the new location regarding people’s sensitivities (environmental factors)?
NutriChem understands that many people have different sensitivities to various environmental factors – it could be the reason that brought you to us in the first place! We have taken many precautions to ensuring that our new location is comfortable for everyone that comes through the doors.
We have carefully selected the paint that covers the walls to not include VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) and have installed a state-of-the-art Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning system that will ensure our customers are always comfortable at our new location.
As a local Ottawa company, we strive to support local Ottawa businesses. That is why we have been sourcing from local businesses to help us complete our new location at 2599 Carling Avenue.
