Prescription Medication
For over 30 years, NutriChem Pharmacists have been entrusted with the medication needs of the Ottawa and Canadian community. Our dispensary fills 2 types of prescriptions: Conventional and Compounded Medication. A compounded medication is a medication available exclusively through compounding pharmacies, and made individually to meet the unique needs of a patient. NutriChem's speciality is bio-identical hormones.
Filling A Prescription
Most conventional prescription items can be filled the same day.
Due to the customized nature of compounded medications, several days may be required for preparation.
MedsCheck And Consultations
MedChecks are free for Ontario residents who take 3 or more prescription medications. The pharmacist will meet with you to ensure that you are using all your prescription and over-the-counter medications safely and appropriately. You will meet with the pharmacist one on one who will then look at all the drugs, herbs, vitamins and supplements for all appropriateness, interactions and necessity.

Delivery of Prescription Medications
NutriChem offers free delivery for compounded prescriptions and custom formulas in Ottawa. The free delivery zone includes certain parts of the following areas outside the greenbelt: Barrhaven, Bells Corners, Kanata. Delivery charges apply on regular prescriptions under $100.
