Non-medicinal ingredients: Ascorbyl palmitate, tapioca dextrin, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water.
Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 to 6 weeks.
