Nutridophilus Essentials is a powerful probiotic that is shelf stable (does not require refrigeration). It is a combination of 4 strains of dairy and gluten free bacteria: L. plantarum, L. rhamnosus, L. casei and L. helveticus.

These species of microscopic organisms are naturally found in the human digestive tract. Friendly microorganisms are essential in helping to maintain the body's delicate microbial balance. A healthy colon naturally contains billions of bacteria, a combination of beneficial and detrimental microbes. Ideally, the majority of these bacteria, or flora, should be of the health-promoting kind. Beneficial bacteria help prevent overgrowth of potentially disease-producing microbes such as candida (yeast), e. coli, and various parasites which may enter the gastro-intestinal tract.

Taking broad-spectrum antibiotics, hormones, cortisone and other prescription medications destroys friendly bacteria, leaving more opportunity for pathogenic bacteria and yeasts and parasites to flourish. Individuals who experience constipation, diarrhea, gas, bloating or chronic yeast infections can also derive significant benefit from Nutridophilus. Nutridophilus Essentials has been encapsulated with Star (Stomach Acid Resistance) enteric coating that enables the probiotics to be delivered directly into the intestine.

Medicinal Ingredients

Each vegetarian capsule contains:

  • Total Active Bacteria - 10 Billion CFU
  • Lactiplantibacillus plantarum R1012 ND - 5.5 billion CFU
  • Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus R0011 ND - 2.5 billion CFU
  • Lacticaseibacillus casei R0215 ND - 1 billion CFU
  • Lactobacillus helveticus R0052 ND - 1 billion CFU

Non-medicinal ingredients: Ascorbic acid, Ethylcellulose, Hypromellose, Magnesium stearate, Maltodextrin, Medium-chain triglycerides, Oleic acid, Saccharose, Sodium alginate, Stearic acid, Trehalose, Yeast extract. Product has come into contact with soy.

Gluten, dairy products, egg products, fish and seafood, mustard, peanut and peanut products, nuts and nut products, sesame seed and sesame products, and sulphites.

Adults and Children over 1 year: Take 1-3 capsules one time per day. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. Children 1-5 years: Open capsule and mix contents with food or liquid.

Store in a cool dry place. Refrigeration will maximize potency but is not required.


Caution: For therapeutic use only. Do not use this product if you have a soy allergy, as it has come into contact with soy. Ask a health care practitioner before use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain, or if you have an immunocompromised condition (i.e. AIDS, lymphoma, long-term corticosteroid treatment). Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (i.e. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days.
