Super Cal Mag is a calcium and magnesium formulation with added vitamin D, phosphorous, manganese, molybdenum and vanadium. Calcium and magnesium are supplied in a 2:1 ratio to help maintain muscle function and to help in tissue formation, support maintenance of bones and teeth, and help the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, may help promote healthy bones and joint comfort.


Medicinal Ingredients: Each vegetable capsule contains:

Vitamin D (cholecalciferol)

 1.9 mcg (75 IU)

Calcium
(bovine bone meal/dibasic calcium phosphate/calcium carbonate)

 150 mg

Phosphorus (dibasic calcium phosphate/bovine bone meal)

 75 mg

Magnesium (magnesium aspartate/oxide)

 75 mg

Manganese (manganese citrate)

 5 mg

Molybdenum (molybdenum Krebs* complex)

 15 mcg

Vanadium (vanadyl sulfate)

 25 mcg

*Citrate/fumarate/malate/succinate/glutarate


Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, silica, cellulose.


Adults: Take one capsule daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
