This easy-to-make Sunflower Seed "Butter" can be used as a spread in sandwiches, or as a dip for vegetables and crackers!
1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked 6-8 hours
1 tbsp tahini
1/2 red pepper
1 tbsp tamari
Juice of 1/2 lemon
A pinch of himalayan salt
- Drain sunflower seeds.
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until uniformly mixed.
- Keep refrigerated.
- Option add-ins: curry powder, cumin, parsley, cilantro, and/or garlic.
