This may sound obvious, but many of us are walking around seriously dehydrated. When it comes to beautiful and glowing skin, water needs to come first. Water helps deliver nutrients to the skin, remove toxins, and plump up each and every skin cell. Your challenge, to drink 6 - 8 8 oz of filtered water or sugar free herbal tea each day.
Sick of hearing about them? Sorry, not sorry! We love our avocados, and for good reason. When it comes to skin, you can’t beat their nourishing properties. Avocados are rich in protein which supports the structure of the skin to keep it looking youthful. Also, avocados contain lots of healthy fat to keep the skin nourished and supple. Your challenge, try adding avocado to smoothies and salads to support your skin!
Take Fish Oil!
