Ginger and Turmeric Gut Loving Latte

Ingredients

4 cups coconut milk

4 inch piece of ginger, sliced thinly -OR- ¼ tsp Organic Traditions ginger powder

4 inch piece of turmeric, sliced thinly -OR- ½ tsp Organic Traditions turmeric powder

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp coconut oil

 

Directions

  1. Place coconut milk in a pot and heat on medium-low heat.
  2. Add ginger and turmeric and simmer for 20 minutes
  3. Add liquid, honey and coconut oil to a blender and blend on low speed until combined.
