Summer may be winding down, but there are still many hot and sunny days in our future! Skip the ice cream aisle at your grocery store and make these healthy avocado treats at home instead. Rich in healthy fats and antioxidants and low in sugar, these Fudgesicles are a breeze to make and are sure to satisfy the entire family!!
Ingredients
1 large ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
1.5 cups organic coconut milk
1/3 cup raw honey or maple syrup
1/3 cup raw cacao
1.5 tsp. pure vanilla extract
pinch Himalayan sea salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and well combined.
- Spoon mixture into popsicle molds and put in the freezer.
- Once frozen, run mold under hot water to release the fudgesicle.
