This recipe contains a good dose of protein, fat and flavor, making it the perfect recipe to break your morning fast.

  • 1 cup coconut milk (boxed)
  • 1 scoop Riza-Max protein powder
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ of an avocado
  • 1 heaping tbsp cacao powder
  • Blend it all together and enjoy!
