Roasted Cauliflower Soup (With Video Walkthrough)

Blender soups are fantastic because they're quick and easy with minimal clean up. Meal prep tip: Make a double batch of your favourite soup or stew and freeze it in single or double serve mason jars. Take it out the night before a busy day and lunch or dinner is a breeze!

  • 1 head roasted cauliflower
  • 1 head roasted garlic
  • 1 medium roasted onion
  • 4 cups of vegetable, beef, or chicken broth
  • 1/2-1 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1-2 scoop(s) of pure collagen
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp of toasted sesame oil, ghee or avocado oil
  • 1-2 tbsp(s) of hemp seeds
