Sneaky Chocolate (and pumpkin) Pudding
Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened pumpkin puree (make your own when pumpkins are in season!)
½ - ¾ cup almond or coconut milk
5 tbsp. raw cacao
1/4 cup protein powder of choice
3 tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 tbsp. melted coconut oil
pinch sea salt
Optional: a sprinkle of shredded unsweetened coconut or dairy free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients, except for the dairy free milk, in your blender.
- Blend until smooth, slowly adding in milk until desire consistency is reached. You may need to scrape down the sides.
- Chill for 2 hours or more to set the pudding.

Serve sprinkled with a few dairy free chocolate chips and / or shredded unsweetened coconut.
