What exactly is a ‘virtual’ consult?

Virtual visits are very similar to in-person visits.  You have the choice to either schedule a phone call or we can email you a link to a video session.  Your first appointment will include a comprehensive review of your personal medical history and an in-depth assessment of your current concerns.  During your appointment, we will discuss evidence based natural therapies that can be easily integrated in your current lifestyle. 

What are the benefits?

For starters, you don’t have to stress about being late for an appointment due to traffic!  Kidding aside, virtual appointments were integrated into the clinic to ensure that our patients have zero risk of COVID 19 exposure during their visit. We made this decision preemptively as our patients have always been our priority.  Since the launch, I have noticed that our patients are enjoying the efficient process and that they have quick assess to information that they may have forgotten at home. 

What types of conditions do you treat?

This past week, I have noticed a significant increase in the number of patients requesting immune support.  Of course, as naturopathic doctors, we are not authorized to treat COVID, however I can help people to restoring and strengthening the natural processes in the body.  I have also seen an increase in anxiety, depression, and simply feeling burnt out. Whatever it may be - We complete a comprehensive review of your health, an explanation of why you may be experiencing your symptoms, and natural evidence based solution that are targeted to bring your back to feeling like yourself again.
