Mag Malate Renew is an active combination for fibromyalgia (FM) support. It contains active magnesium malate, a potent muscle relaxing mineral. Malic acid is a key intermediate in energy production in muscles via the TCA cycle, while magnesium stabilizes ATP. Its levels are increased during physical activity.Research supports their use in reducing the symptoms of fibromyalgia. Adults: Take 1-3 capsules daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health practitioner.
Cautions: If pregnant or nursing, keep magnesium intake below 300 mg per day.
