Each capsule contains:

  • Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride) - 100 mg
  • Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) - 25 mg
  • Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) - 100 mg
  • Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid from Calcium D-pantothenate) - 100 mg
  • Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine 5-phosphate) - 25 mg
  • Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) - 500 mcg
  • Folate (L-5-Methyltetrahydrafolic acid) - 500 mcg
  • Biotin - 100 mcg
  • Choline (Choline dihydrogen citrate) - 100 mg
  • Inositol - 100 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose capsule, gellan gum, potassium acetate, water (as a diluent).

Directions

Adults: Take orally 1 capsule per day. Take with food.

Free of eggs, milk, lactose, wheat, gluten, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, rice, artificial colours, flavourings, preservatives, tartrazine, sugar, soy, and starch.
