Contains calcium and magnesium in a 2 to 1 ratio, a ratio recommended by many health care practitioners. The chelated form is tolerated better by those with allergies to citric products. Betaine hydrochloride is a digestive aid that increases stomach acidity and helps mineral absorption.
EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS: Elemental Calcium (Carbonate) 250 mg, Elemental Magnesium (oxide) 125 mg, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 2.5 mcg (100 IU) Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin capsule (gelatine, purified water, Titanium dioxide), Microcrystlline cellulose, vegetable grad magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Directions: Take 1-4 capsules daily, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
