These very special sour cherries from Quebec are first soaked in organic apple juice, giving them that perfect balance of tang and sweetness.

Ingredients: roasted cacao nibs, raw cane sugar, cacao butter, organic dried sour cherries (sweetened with apple juice), vanilla, sea salt, organic sunflower oil.

A Match

I can safely say this is one of the best chocolate bars I have ever had. The chocolate itself was so smooth and did not have any of the bitterness you can get with chocolate that is 65% dark.

The cherries were definitely dark cherries and not cut in little pieces but a whole cherry. When the cherry is covered in this beautiful chocolate it is like a match made in heaven. I have one piece a day and I savour every morsel.

PS

Sometimes I have two pieces a day but don’t tell anybody.
