Fennel Seed

Fennel seeds have a licorice-like taste and are offered at the end of a meal in Asia and South America to sweeten breath and aid digestion. Fennel is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances, including bloating and flatulence, and as an expectorant to help relieve coughs associated with colds.

Medicinal Ingredients - Each capsule contains:

Non-medicinal ingredients: gelatin (capsule), silica.

Adults: Take 1 tablet 3 times daily with meals. Use for a minimum of 6 weeks.

Caution: Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiceae/Carrot family. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
Safety sealed with outer shrink-wrap and inner seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing.
