Best protein powder. It has no strong taste (unflavoured variety) , it dissolves so easily. Best of all no stevia! I will be buying again as I embark on my journey to get more protein in my diet.

Adam recommended this protein powder, and having tried many in the past, I gave it a try, reluctantly. It is very good. I have had all three flavors now, and crave it in the mornings. I worry with products like this that they must be too good to be true, but I haven’t been able to find anything wrong with it. Clean, very fine powder, subtle flavor, not sweet. I make my smoothie then mix it in with a fork. You can also put it in the blender, for a more frothy/airy texture.

I don’t like working out on a full stomach. So before I head out to the gym in the morning, (or when I don’t have time or feel like breakfast), I mix some vanilla flavoured Whey Protein with juice, or chocolate flavoured Whey Protein with milk, and it gives me the energy I need to keep me going. It’s tasty and quick: Perfect for my needs!
