Bio Enzymes

Bio Enzymes provides a unique combination of naturally flavoured chewable enzymes specifically formulated to aid the digestive system. Studies show that an impaired or sub-optimal digestion has profound implications on general health. When the digestive system is compromised, the capacity to break down food will diminish making supplementation of digestive enzymes crucial for the absorption and utilization of nutrients. Bio Enzymes provides a source of complete digestive enzymes to support optimal digestion and proper absorption of nutrients. The tablets are chewable with a natural peppermint flavour.

Medicinal Ingredients: each tablet contains:

Non-medicinal ingredients: Dextrose, fructose, stearic acid, cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica, natural peppermint oil. Contains milk.

Adults: Chew three tablets three times daily with meals or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Caution: If you are sensitive to pancreatic enzymes or to pork proteins, do not use. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have allergies to latex or fruits, have pancreatitis, pancreatic exocrine insufficiency or cystic fibrosis; if you have gallstones, diabetes, anaemia, gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, hiatus hernia or gastroesophageal reflux; if you are taking anticoagulants, anti-inflammatory agents, antibiotics or other enzyme products; or if you are having surgery, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your healthcare practitioner. Hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal/epigastric pain and/or heartburn have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner. Some people may experience gastroesophageal reflux.

Do not use if outer seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
