Flora Flax Oil is organic and made with 100% Canadian flax seeds. It is mechanically pressed at low heat in an oxygen- and light-free environment. It is unrefined and nitrogen-flushed to preserve freshness.
Flax oil is a great source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Flora provides a formulation that is GMO-free, certified organic, and gluten-free.

Adults: Take 1 to 3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil taken daily with food. Keep bottle refrigerated and consume within eight weeks of opening. Use uncooked only (on salads, on cooked foods, in yogurt, etc). Do not heat Flax Oil.
Caution: Use caution when taking EFAs while using blood thinning medication. Keep out of reach of children.
