An essential amino acid, Glycine is also one of the simplest. Small in size, but packing a lot of punch, Glycine is responsible for many biologically functions including memory development, healthy thought patterns, and normal cell development. Also responsible for a number of proteins and enzymes, Glycine is of utmost importance for the body's detoxification.

Glycine | 15 g |
Adults: Take 15-60 g (approx. 1-4 servings) daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.
Caution: consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.
