Fenugreek has many uses, most notably in traditional medicine as a galactogogue, to aid in milk production for nursing mothers. Recently is has also been recognized as a tonic for both female and male hormonal systems and as a blood sugar regulator in diabetes. It is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a nutritive tonic and as a galactagogue/lactagogue to help promote milk production/secretion; also as a supportive therapy for the promotion of healthy glucose levels.
Medicinal Ingredients - per 1 ml:
Fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum) |
250 mg |
Non-medicinal ingredients: Grain alcohol, Distilled water.
Adults: Take 2 ml (60 drops) 4 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
Caution: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or if you have diabetes. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
