Adults: Take 2 capsules one to three times daily with food or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

 

Caution: Do not take with anticoagulants. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have been diagnosed with estrogen-dependent cancer. Do not use of you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
