Use Arnicare Sport before, during and after physical effort to help your body recover from overexertion & relieve cramps, aches and muscular fatigue.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Sucrose, lactose, magnesium stearate, citric acid monohydrate, lemon natural flavour.
Adults and children 6 years of age and older:: Chew and allow tablets to dissolve. Take between meals.
Prior to physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet, the day before or immediately prior exertion.
During physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour.
After physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour until improvement.
Do not exceed 10 tablets per day.
Caution: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen for more than 3 days. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Notice for diabetics: This product contains 1.6 g of glucose per tablet. Keep out of the reach of children.
