+ Tibet Magnesium Salt Flakes: These high-quality magnesium flakes sourced from Tibet are magnesium chloride in natural form.  They blossom into a rich and reparative magnesium oil in warm water that through transdermal absorption, soak deep into your muscles with this essential mineral.

Step 1:Fill tub halfway with warm water, optimal temperature 38° C.
Step 2: Add in 1-2 cups of HINOKi under running water
Step 3: Get in. You've earned it. Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.
