Prenatal DHA is the ideal supplement before, during, and after pregnancy, providing safe and effective omega-3 nutrition for both moms and babies. With 450 mg DHA per serving, Prenatal DHA generously fulfills international recommendations for daily DHA intake. Plus, we have added 400 I.U. of natural vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), for strong bones and mood support.
Fish Oil (from anchovies and sardines) 500 mg, Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 225 mg, Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 45 mg. Other Omega-3 Fatty Acids 20 mg. Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 5 mg, Vitamin D3 5 mcg. Non-medicinal ingredients: Softgel capsule (gelatin, purified water, glycerine), olive oil.
