Lemon Balm

Lemon Balm (Melissa officials) is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress) and also to help relieve digestive disturbances such as dyspepsia.
Lemon Balm is used for promoting digestion and stimulating the appetite, as well as for Graves' disease and functional gastrointestinal disorders with distention and gas. It is also effective as a mild tranquilizer and as an antispasmodic. In addition, Lemon Balm is useful in the treatment of viral infections such as herpes.

Medicinal Ingredients: per 1 ml:

Non-medicinal ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol.

Adults & Adolescents (13 & over): Take 1.6-3.2 ml (48-96 drops) 1-3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms worsen or persist. Consumption with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
