NutriChem's Calcium supplement combines the advantages of citrate and carbonate forms to maximize the absorption and volume of elemental calcium per dose.

Those with a diet low in milk products (i.e. vegan or lactose-sensitive individuals), or diets high in sugar, salt, caffeine, carbonated drinks and white flour can benefit from taking calcium. Certain medications such as anti-inflammatory drugs can accelerate bone loss. Lactating, pregnant and breastfeeding women also have increased needs for this mineral.

Calcium is an important factor in the prevention of osteoporosis and in the maintenance of healthy bones. Non-medicinal ingredients: hypromellose, gellan gum, potassium acetate, citric acid (anhydrous), brown rice flour.

Adults:Take 2 capsules twice daily or as directed by a health practitioner. Take at least 2 hours before or 4-6 hours after taking other medications.
