What is XOS Factor?

XOS Factor is a combination of fibres that have shown to provide antioxidants for the maintenance of good health.

Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

  • Xylooligosaccharides (XOS) - 400 mg
  • Citrus Bioflavonoids - 200 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: hypromellose, purified water 

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule per day, 2 hours before or after taking other medications and/or natural health products. Take with at least 1 glass of liquid. Maintain adequate fluid intake. 


Caution and Warnings: Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are taking prescription medication as citrus bioflavonoids may alter the effectiveness of these medications. If you are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement (e.g. opioids, loperamide), consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. If you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or have failed to defecate following the use of a laxative product, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. If symptoms worsen or if laxative effect does not occur within 7 days, consult a health care practitioner. May cause mild gastrointestinal discomfort (such as gas, bloating, cramps). 

Known adverse reactions: This product contains Corn. Do not use if you are allergic to corn.
