Medicinal Ingredients

Each vegetarian capsule contains:

• Coenzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone) - 100 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: food starch (modified), maltodextrin (tapioca), glycerine, hypromellose, potassium acetate, gellan gum.

Adults: As an antioxidant and to support cardiovascular health, take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by a health practitioner. For migraine prophylaxis, take 1 capsule, 2-3 times per day with a meal or as directed by a health practitioner (use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects).

Caution: If you are on blood pressure medication and want to try CoQ10, speak to a health professional and make sure you are getting your blood pressure checked regularly. Consult your health practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. For doses greater than 101 mg per day, consult a health practitioner. For migraine prophylaxis, consult a health practitioner if migraine frequency increases, and associated nausea and vomiting persists or worsens.
