Basic Prenatal a complete dietary supplement for pregnant and lactating women containing well-absorbed, highly bioavailable nutrients which reduces the risk of stomach upset. Basic Prenatal includes iron and bioactive form of folate to help maintain healthy iron and folate levels. Basic Prenatal provides the active forms of folic acid, L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate and folinic acid in a balanced 1:1 ratio. It contains well-absorbed iron picolinate, which is easy on the stomach and non-constipating.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each vegetarian capsule contains:

Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium laurate, Silicon Dioxide.

 

Wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, soy, egg, dairy products, or artificial colours, artificial sweeteners, or artificial flavours, lactose, palmitic acid, magnesium stearate, and stearic acid.

Take 1 capsule two times a day or as recommended by a physician. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking any medications.

Caution: For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. This produce is available in a child proof package. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder or a kidney disorder. Some people may experience constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.

Best Prenatal

My wife has been taking it since trying to conceive and through to breastfeeding. All of her levels have been perfect after blood tests. Having these vitamins alongside a balanced diet has given my wife reassurance that she and our baby have everything we need to keep us healthy.
