AOR's Bone Basics contains all the essential nutrients needed to maintain healthy bones, including magnesium, vitamin D, manganese, and, of course, calcium. While the manganese works to aid in the proper function of bone building cells, Vitamin K regulates calcium to keep it within the bone. With 1000 mg of Ossein Microcrystalline Hydroyapatite Complex, also known as MCHC, Bone Basics can provide the body with one of the best sources for supplying calcium and building and maintaining bones. Studies have shown that MCHC may have the ability to not only slow bone loss, but possibly halt and reverse it altogether. The MCHC found in AOR's Bone Basics comes from bovine bone.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each vegetarian capsule contains:

*Ossein Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite Complex (MCHC) is lyophilized bone meal guaranteed free of bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE).

Non-medicinal ingredients: Tocopherols, sunflower oil, coconut oil, gum arabic, sucrose, starch, tricalcium and dicalcium phosphate, sodium ascorbate, sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: Hypromellose. Contains soy.

Wheat, gluten, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, mustard, dairy or eggs.

AOR guarantees that all ingredients have been declared on the label.

Adults: Take up to 6 capsules daily with meals, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
