Calcium & Magnesium Citrates

SISU Calcium & Magnesium Citrates is a convenient way to supplement your diet with those essential nutrients and vitamin D to prevent bone loss and improve bone density.
This is a high-potency formula of calcium citrate, magnesium citrate and vitamin D3. The liquid is made with all natural flavours, with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners, and is suitable for both children and adults.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each tablespoon (15 mL) contains:

Non-medicinal ingredients: purified water, glycerin (vegetable), xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, sodium propionate, calcium propionate, vitamin E, rosemary extract, natural strawberry flavour.

Shake well before using. Store in refrigerator after opening. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Adults: take 1-2 tablespoons daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Children (4-8 years): Take one 1/2 tablespoon daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Children & Adolescents (9-18 years): Take one tablespoon daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Caution: Some people may experience diarrhea when taking 2 tablespoons per day.
