Plant Sterol Supplement contains 650mg of Plant Sterol Esters (from Brassica napus oil). Phytosterols inhibit uptake of both dietary and naturally produced cholesterol from the intestines. Col-Sterol includes tocopherols for increased stability. A daily intake of at least 1.3g of plant sterol esters, in two meals, may reduce the risk of heart disease, when part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each softgel contains:

Plant Sterol Esters (from Brassica napus oil)

(805 combined: beta-sitosterol, campesterol, stigmasterol) 650 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Bovine gelatine, glycerin, natural mixed tocopherols.

Wheat, starch, yeast, gluten, corn, sugar, artificial colouring and flavouring, antimicrobial preservatives, and dairy products.

Adults:Take one capsule two times daily with meals or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
