Col-Sterol

Plant Sterol Supplement contains 650mg of Plant Sterol Esters (from Brassica napus oil). Phytosterols inhibit uptake of both dietary and naturally produced cholesterol from the intestines. Col-Sterol includes tocopherols for increased stability. A daily intake of at least 1.3g of plant sterol esters, in two meals, may reduce the risk of heart disease, when part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Bovine gelatine, glycerin, natural mixed tocopherols.

Adults:Take one capsule two times daily with meals or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
