Medicinal Ingredients per scoop:

Fortibone Bioactive Collagen Peptides (Type I and III Hydrolyzed Collagen - bovine) 5 g Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 1000 IU (25 mcg) Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7, K2VITAL) 120 mcg Calcium (TRAACS calcium bis-glycinate chelate) 100 mg Magnesium (TRAACS magnesium bis-glycinate chelate) 100 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Citric acid, silica.

GMOs, gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, sugar, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.

Adults: Mix one (1) scoop per day in water or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

For joint pain, use for a minimum of 5 months to see beneficial effects.

Hope it Works

I started using this product because of continued worsening Bone Density Scores despite following all the recommendations over many years. However, apparently it needs to be taken for at least 12 months to show any effect and then I have to wait for my next Bone Density test to see if there is any impact from having taken this supplement. So keeping my fingers crossed in the meantime.
