Saw palmetto and stinging nettles are used in herbal medicine to help relieve urologic symptoms associated with mild and moderate benign prostatic hyperplasia. 

Medicinal Ingredients each tablet contains:

  • Saw palmetto (serenoa repens) 4:1 berry extract - 320 mg equivalent to 1,280 mg of saw palmetto
  • Nettle (Urtica dioica) 10:1 root and rhizome extract - 100 mg equivalent to 1,000 mg of nettle
  • Glycine - 50 mg
  • L-Alanine - 50 mg
  • L-Glutamic Acid - 50 mg
  • Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) - 10 mg
  • Zinc (zinc citrate) - 7.5 mg
  • Lycopene - 2 mg
  • Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) - 5 mcg


Non-medicinal ingredients: Capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, and magnesium stearate (vegetable).

GMO, gluten.

Recommended Dose: Adult males take 2 capsules twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.
