Apply generously to clean, dry skin 15 minutes before sun exposure.
Use approximately a nickel-sized amount for the face and a shot-glass amount (about 30 mL) for full body coverage.
Reapply every 2 hours, and immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
For daily use, apply as the final step in your skincare routine. Allow to absorb before layering with Bite Insect Repellent.
