Research tells us that a low level of 2-hydroxyestrone, and a high level of 16 alpha-hydroxyestrone is not desired. DIM works by helping to increase 2-hydroxyestrone and therefore improves the 2/16 hydroxyestrone ratio. DIM supplementation improves the estrogen ratio in a favourable direction that protects both men and women without the negative effect of raising 4 hydroxyestrogen.
Medicinal Ingredients -Each softgel capsule contains:
DIM (Diindolylmethane)
(Brassica oleracea var. botrytis - whole plant, Brassica
oleracea var. capitata, Brassica oleracea var. italica - whole plant,
Brassica oleracea var. gemmifera - whole plant)
100 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides, vitamin E, sunflower lecithin. Gelatin, purified water, glycerine, turmeric (softgel ingredients).
Gluten.
Adults: Take 1 softgel per day with a meal, or as directed by your health care practitioner. For use beyond 3 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are attempting to conceive or if you are taking prescription medication. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
