Fenugreek has many uses, most notably in traditional medicine as a galactogogue, to aid in milk production for nursing mothers. Recently is has also been recognized as a tonic for both female and male hormonal systems and as a blood sugar regulator in diabetes. It is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a nutritive tonic and as a galactagogue/lactagogue to help promote milk production/secretion; also as a supportive therapy for the promotion of healthy glucose levels.

Medicinal Ingredients - per 500 mg capsule:

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum, seed)

(5:1 extract, DHE 2125 mg)

425 mg

Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus, herb tops)

(5:1 extract, DHE 375 mg)

75 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose (vegicap), Magnesium stearate, Maltodextrin.

Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily on an empty stomach.

Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are breastfeeding or if you have diabetes. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
